- The BOD Incubator is a specialized laboratory device designed for precise temperature control in biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) testing. It ensures stable conditions for accurate microbial and biochemical analyses, making it essential for environmental and wastewater studies.
CONSTRUCTION

Double walled construction, Inner chamber made of Stainless Steel 304 grade & Outer chamber made of Mild Steel powder coated.
OR
Inner chamber made of Stainless Steel 304 OR 316 grade & Outer chamber made of Stainless Steel 304 grade - G.M.P. model - The chamber is insulated by filling CFC Free Polyurethane foam (PUF) or high temperature glass wool in the space between outer body and chamber to prevent temperature loss.
- Double door - Outer metal body & Inner Acrylic Door.
- Inner door - made of imported transparent Acrylic which is useful to view inner sample without opening the door and loss of temperature.
- Outer door with magnetic gasket & proper handle, lock & key.
- Supplied with Adjustable Stainless Steel wire mesh shelves.
- Forced Air Circulating System with Fan for Temperature Uniformity.
- High Quality Compressor.
- Illumination provided for inner chamber.
- Control panel with indicating Lamp for Compressor, Heater and on / off switch for mains.
- Inner chamber with smooth corners for easy cleaning.
- Castor wheets for easy movability.
HEATING ELEMENT
- Heating is by specially designed air heaters.
- Hermetically sealed compressor unit for CFC free cooling system as per the capacity.
